I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2018
Interview
Interviewed 3 times with the company. All 3 interviews went smooth and conversations meshed well (at least that's the impression I got). After the 3rd interview, I was advised that their decision was down to me and one other candidate; and that I would be contacted if they decided on an offer or not. 3 weeks later, still no communication and I even followed up with HR once after the interview which was about a week after the 3rd (and final) interview. HR advised that a decision was not made but that I would be contacted once management decided. As of July 30th, the position was posted again, so I took that as they weren't interested. Funny how that was never communicated and I find that highly unprofessional. I have since received 2 offers from other companies, and have emailed HR rescinding my application for the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Usual interview questions that are simple to answer if you're on your feet.
The interview was very personable, but had a very ominous undertone. Overall, the managers are kind, but there was an almost over competitive vibe and they often called their team a family.

Interview
Multiple interviews. Managers and recruiters were nice. Great company to work for regardless of me not receiving an offer. Interview questions were behavior situational questions. Tell me about a time when… you need to be familiar with sar method when answering questions. Sar-situation answer result.
