I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Fairfield, CA) in Sept 2025
Interview
My interview process with Cintas was structured and professional, focusing on my sales background and customer relationship skills. It began with a phone screening where I discussed my experience in sales management and client service, followed by an in-depth interview with a branch manager that included situational and behavioral questions. I then participated in a ride-along to observe the daily responsibilities and company culture, which emphasized professionalism and customer care. The final interview with senior leadership centered on my long-term goals and alignment with Cintas’s values of integrity, teamwork, and strong work ethic.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
