Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cincinnati Children's Hospital
Interview
It was an in-person, half-hour long interview. Nothing really tricky, we talked about previous research experience, personality, my goals, and why I would be looking to stay in Cincinnati.

Question 1
Do you work better under a type A or type B personality?
The interview process is relatively easy and straightforward. The HR team first interviewed me and then completed rounds of interviews with PIs of several different labs. Some labs asked a range of questions, while others simply went over their research goals, and expectations of employees, and allowed me to speak with current lab members.

Interview
1st and 2nd round
online interview and in-person interview
It was friendly and easy-going overall.
But, it really depends on labs and PIs. A few were obsessed with 'commitment' to the lab, which was weird to me.

Interview
I applied for the position and the PI contacted me by email and then by a phone call. I found it hard to understand him and he was asking a bunch of text book biology question.
