- Initial resume screening
- Video-recorded interview, mostly questions about your personality, work ethic, etc. Nothing technical.
- One-on-one interview with hiring manager. Again not technical.
- Board interview with multiple people from
The company + hiring manager. 20 minute presentation to prepare about the company, what is Ciena, competitors etc. Be prepared for some technical questions.

What is one thing that you did in your previous role that you don’t want to ever do again?
Orderly and transparent. From the first day the communication was always permanent, the interview process went by quickly. After the final interview the offer came quite quickly and all my questions were always clarified.
