      Primero me contactaron por mail para agendar un primer llamado. En el llamado me contaron un poco sobre la compañía, el puesto y me hicieron preguntas del estilo de por qué me interesaba la posición, cuál era mi experiencia, qué tipo de búsquedas manejaba, qué perfiles, etc. Después de esa primer entrevista me confirman que continuaba a la siguiente instancia con la Team Leader. Esta iba a ser una entrevista de una hora por zoom, para poder conocerme en mayor detalle. - La entrevista era a las 11 am, 10:55 am me avisan que la entrevista no iba a ser por zoom ya que la persona que me tenía que entevistar no se encontaba en su casa, sino en el campo y que no tenía señal suficiente para hacer una entrevista por video. - 10:10 y no tenía ni noticias de la persona que me tenía que entrevistar, por lo que decido enviarle un mail. Cuando entro a mi casilla me llega un mail de esta persona diciendome que me estaba llamando pero que no lograba dar conmigo (yo estaba sentada frente a mi telefono hacía 20 minutos). Cuando me dispongo a responder, me suena el telefono. - 45 minutos de entrevista después me dice que tenía muy buen nivel de inglés y que tranquilamente podían pensarme para trabajar sus búsquedas en USA. Literalmente a continuación de ese comentario, la Team Leader me dice "igual... no te desilusiones si en esta ocasión no llegamos a avanzar porque igual guardamos tus datos para proximas oportunidades". Cuando me dijo eso me pareció una falta de respeto, porque claramente me estaba queriendo dejar entrever que no continuaría en el proceso pero sin decirmelo claramente. Si sos profesional no decis nada y me mandas un mail en dos días dejandome saber que no continúo en el proceso o si decidis decirmelo en ese momento tenes que tener la decencia de decirlo de forma clara y concreta. Esta claro que pasaron dos semanas sin que me den un feedback o sin tener noticias de nadie, así que mande un mail preguntando en qué se encontraba el proceso. La chica que me habia hecho el primer llamado me respondio diciendome que entre el siguiente día iba a estar comunicandose con los candidatos para comentarnos si continuabamos o no. No volvi a saber de ellos nunca más.

Cuáles? - Cambiar la conversación al inglés y jugar a un "juego" en ese idioma Las preguntas del juego fueron: - Si tuvieras que contratar a un famoso para tu equipo, quién sería y por qué? - Cómo trabajarías si no tuvieras computadora por un día

      The WORST interview experience ever! After 5, maybe even 6, interview stages (a mixed of phone, F2F and video calls), I was declined/rejected (at final stage) by the person who started the whole recruitment process because, and I quote, "our Client is looking for someone more normal". YES, you heard it right; "more normal". Shocking back then, and still shocking now. My biggest regret? I should have contacted HR and report them to the Authorities:, but i did not have anything in writing.

      Interview

      Straightforward, easy to manage, and fast response. There are about 3 rounds, with someone from the UK, a manager in the HK office and again VP from the UK. They also wanted to negotiate down on the offer. But in the end overall, the interview process is pretty smooth to handle.
