First, I was called to tell them more about my experience and why I wanted to work in sales. Then, I was invited to an in-person interview where I spoke to 2 leaders. Then, I got a job offer by phone a couple of days later.

What is your experience in technology sales? Why Ciao?

Interview
The interview was very informal. It was all done through Google hangout since the company could not afford to fly candidates to Dallas. There was only 1 technical question asked and it was kind of a bad question in that it required some clever tricks and wasn't really a programming question. The interview itself consisted of only 3 interviews none of them back to back.

Question 1
The technical question was: Suppose you are outside of a building with 3 switches outside and 3 lightbulbs inside; each of the switches correspond to a lightbulb, albeit not necessarily in order. There is a window on the outside of the building but it is so tall that it can only reveal to you whether or not the room is being lit (aka, a lightbulb is on). Devise a procedure such that you can determine which switch corresponds to which lightbulb with only one visit into the room.
