Ci2 Group interview questions

1 - not uncommon for them to interview a bunch of people with no intention to hire. I used to see dozens of people going into the board room with no positions available. 2 - very long interviews. 1+hrs and 5-6 times they ask you to come in. Unnecessary and a waste of time. 3 - very awkward. Questions will be personal such as "do you watch adult entertainment?"(pretty sure that's not legal to ask...) and "do you use drugs or have you used drugs?" (again probably not legal to ask) 4 - it's not a good sign when you consistently see job postings at this company. A sign of high turn over and unhappy workers.

I met with this company and the interview process was uncomfortable to put it politely. Based on the reviews and the interview I will say that I am happy that I did not receive a call back from this company.
