      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ChurchDesk in Apr 2024

      Interview

The interview process consisted of three rounds with the CTO and CPO/COO, which provided a comprehensive evaluation while maintaining a great atmosphere. Round 1: Initial interview focused on getting to know me as a person, my career goals, and overall fit with the company culture. The conversation was engaging and allowed for open dialogue about mutual expectations. Round 2: Technical and soft skills assessment. Unlike typical coding interviews, this round balanced technical knowledge with soft skills evaluation. The discussion covered both engineering principles and collaborative approaches to problem-solving. Round 3: Final round centered on company vision, specific role responsibilities, and potential growth opportunities. The leadership team shared detailed insights about the company's direction and how the role would contribute to it. Overall Experience: Well-organized process with clear objectives for each round Senior leadership involvement showed company's investment in hiring Balanced evaluation of technical and interpersonal skills Comprehensive discussion of company culture and role expectations Professional yet friendly atmosphere throughout. The entire process not just focusing on technical abilities but also on cultural fit and long-term potential. Appreciated the transparency and engaging discussions with leadership
