Submitted resume at university career fair. Was contacted by someone at the organization to do an interview. Don't think there was any more to the application process than that. They were not flexible about the interview date and time, and didn't cover transportation. Met with two people for the interview, which lasted 1 hour in total. They called back about the rejection instead of sending an email, which I appreciated.
