Overall, the interview process was not so bad nor super difficult as I finished in the final round. But then, the ghosting started and I started seeing the company posting roles based on my interview (and probably other candidates) to divide up the role into different parts as they saw fit (probably to save money/cost). Now looking back, it's totally fine and I'm actually grateful I was ghosted. I would never have went as I received 3 offers better than this one, but just a small note to HR: if you want high-caliber candidates coming here in the future, it'd be best to be transparent and let the candidates know what really happened vs completely ghosting them -- it's very unprofessional & foolish especially if the candidates went to the final round and was expecting an answer. It was a very short-sighted move and at least for me, I won't be applying here ever again and let my network know as well.
