Applied in person, had interview right away. Asked about availability and past experience. Said general manager would set up next interview. Got a call in a couple of days and the general manager told me the uniform and to start buying it and to come in later in the week for orientation.

This interview was simple, with the manager asking about my past work experience and how I can contribute. Got job offer same day. This was a while ago so not sure if different now/new management.
