Really disappointed with the experience I recieved. Initial first stage interview was arranged very quickly, hiring manager was very nice and I was optomistic about the opportunity. Second stage in person interview was then arraganed for the following week, again very quickly. Did a lot of preparation and took a short amount of time out of work to go to the interview, felt it went well and was again very optomistic. The following week before receiving any feedback the job was reposted on LinkedIn, thought this really undermined the process I had been through but thought maybe it was just a usual monthly update etc. 4 weeks passed, consistently emailed HR to ask for any feedback, was often ignored. After 4 weeks was told and I quote "they had alot of applicants, they went with someone else, I will try and get you feedback" I was absolutely disgusted with how I was treated, I can accept not being offered a role, but to make a lot of effort for the interview process and to be shown absolutely no common courtesy was really poor, I am actually glad I was not offered the role if this is how they behave.
