The job description ended up lacking focus, with too many day-to-day responsibilities and offered a salary that didn't meet everything they want the role to do. The hours were weekend and late nights - lack of work life balance.

It was a thorough process with several interviews with peers and managers. The job was taken down after the stay at home order for Covid in Chicago. They asked very good questions But the follow up was poor
