Nice people! Didn’t ask difficult questions- more questions about certain situations and some behavioral questions. Took awhile to hear back since it comes from the hr person and not the people you interviewed with.

Fast process and with curious questions to access general thinking logic rather than detailed information about the industry. I think this is the best way since you’re testing capabilities and not a knowledge that can be irrelevant.

Received an initial phone call from a recruiter (not scheduled) about a month after I applied. It was a pleasant conversation, more so just going over my background, the job details, compensation range, etc. Received a call back a few days later to schedule an onsite interview with the hiring manager a few days after the call. The hiring manager was very pleasant and easy to talk to, interview had more of a conversational flow to it, and I think it allowed both of us to learn a lot. Ended up being completely ghosted after this, with a couple of follow up emails going unanswered. Put a negative damper on an otherwise positive experience.
