It was a lengthy process that extended to four rounds of interviews that lasted thirty minutes each. Most of the interviewers were very bland and had no motivation to get excited about the work they would hire me for. It was awkward at times.

Fairly easy, first with recruiter, then with hiring manager. Ghosted after the second interview and never heard back despite talking next steps. Drawn out process. Overall not terrible, but could be improved with communication
Smooth interview process, behavioral questions, people were very nice and easy to talk to during the interview. First was a phone interview with HR and then an interview with the team, asked about my experience, strengths, weaknesses, and volunteer experience

Pretty standard interview process. They asked about past experience and how your skills would fit with the job. Why would you be a good fit? Why do you want to work at Chubb?
