The interview process at Chubb took about 1 month. It started with a phone screening and a technical interview, which went well. However, the third interview, which was supposed to involve 3 people, was disappointing. Instead, it was with just one person who focused only on technical questions. There was little discussion about the role or the company, and the interviewer didn't seem to pay attention to my answers, which made the experience uncomfortable.
