Christian Care Companies interview questions

I received notification of my application being reviewed within the day, and received an interview with in 2 days of my application being submitted. The interview itself was thorough, and a it showed me the heart of the company.

One on one about 1 hour or so, scenario questions, behavioral questions etc... they also ask about your past work history, what are your likes dislikes, how would you handle this or that in a situation
