The interview process was initiated with a phone call to explain the position and see if I would be interested in meeting with them for in-person interviews. I accepted and met the COO in-person for a casual meeting which included a detailed description of the position and the benefits offered by the company. I was interested in moving forward and scheduled an in-person technical interview. The technical interview included the COO, a project manager, a Sr. Systems Engineer, and a Director. The questions were challenging, but not impossible. The questions were to find out the extent of my knowledge and where my strengths and weaknesses were. Everyone I met with was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased that the salary and benefits were discussed early on in the process.
