I have written this in several times something must be wrong with this system. this is very unnecessary to continue to try to maximize this system and I have given all the information I can possibly give to assist in this process.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Choctaw Global
Interview
Panel interview lasting about an hour. Multiple questions about how you deal with conflict and how you prioritize your work. Be ready to provide detailed examples and how you resolved certain issues/conflicts.

What three characteristics would you look for in an applicant if you were in charge of hiring for the position you are interviewing for?
Phone interview, background check. The interview was conversational, relaxed. It didnt feel like an interview, more like a conversation to get to know one another. After I finished the call I realized the interviewer really was great and made the interview pleasant.
