I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Chesapeake, VA) in Aug 2014
Interview
In a six person group interview, the General Manager and a crew member spoke to us. They asked questions about our personalities, whether we see ourselves as leaders or followers, whether we think we would be able to learn each station. They selected those who were happy and energetic, and open to learning new things.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
