Apply through website, like Indeed. Then schedule interview time and dressed in normal wear. On the interview day, I met with manager in person at restaurant for interview questions at a near-by table.

What tasks are you looking to perform? What is your time schedule like?
Interview was chill. Manager was friendly and asked basic questions about myself and work experience in a kitchen (which prior to this role was zero). I think he primarily wanted to see that I had a strong drive and work ethic.

They asked me about my experience in customer service and in the kitchen
Group interview. Very informal. Was asked to come and observe for second interview and it was awkward and the employees were unwelcoming and didnt really seem interested in making the interview process enjoyable.
