I applied online, and 2 or 3 days later I got an email saying they'd like to have an interview. I go to the restaurant, and say I'm there for an interview, and one of the employees ends up interviewing me because the manager was on vacation. I thought it went well, they said they'd send me an email to keep me updated when their manager comes back. That was 4 months ago, never heard a single thing back.
I applied online and was brought in for an interview. The interview questions were fairly easy. The woman interviewing me was in a very bad mood. It felt like she was rushing through the interview.

I just got a paper sheet to fill out with information filled out online, then got an interview where I was asked questions. I did not get the job due to no experience.

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
