Interview
The overall atmosphere was perfect, with two rounds. The first interview was with HR, who asked some simple behavioral questions, and it would help if you could speak some basic Cantonese. The second interview was with a department head, who was very friendly and well-versed in equity research. Be prepared for some curve balls.

Normal written test (English, math and logic), interview- group interview on valuation and one on one interview. The process is quick and responsive. Not too difficult but highly competitive, but not everyone wants to have a LP career right after graduation
