- 2nd round: 4-hour session that includes group discussion, individual case study and other tasks to show your written and oral communication skills.

4 parts. Mingling with other interviewees, group drawing, group presentation and Q&A. Presentation is the most important part. It doesn't matter whether you finish the tasks in group drawing or not.
