I attended an open call and sat and waited for 3 hours until my name was called. It was very disorganized and unprofessional. Once I was finally called the manager told me I was really cute and she thought I would be a good fit and then I started paperwork and training immediately after.

Interview
Saw an ad on Craigslist for an open interview, a lot of people showed up and the interviews got started late. They called us up individually and asked maybe 2 or 3 questions. She said she would hand all the resumes into her boss and he would get back to us based off of our experience. The managers needed help to get through the interviews so they asked a lot of other employees to help interview people. All the staff was very friendly, just a bit unorganized, seemed like they didn't expect such a large turnout.
