A arrogant guy asked questions on the phone. Not to say why but I could barely hear what he said on the phone. My feeling was that this company doesn't value tech that much. I wasn't taken to the next step, but it's ok.

So far I've had two phone interviews. All interviews are behavioral based and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Everybody sounds nice and laid back as it seems to have a collegiate environment. They really invest in new traders to teach them. And having a no capital contribution is always a plus.
