Thanks for your interview review! I'm sorry to hear that your experience wasn't a positive one with us - that's never how we want a candidate to walk away from our interview process; your feelings of our team being condescending goes against our value of Be Human.
The information that you received during your phone screen was inaccurate, and I apologize on behalf of the team- we do not make money off the wealthy to benefit the poor. Chime’s business was built on the principle of protecting our members and helping them get ahead. That means we don’t profit off of our members. We profit with them: every time they use their Chime debit card, we earn a small amount from our partner, Visa (paid by the merchant). For Chime, it's never been about the disparity of income.
