I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Children's Learning Adventure (Carmel, IN) in Feb 2017
Interview
It was really easy and laid back. 1 on 1 with a manager.
Asked a bunch of questions relating to working with children.
Really interested in talking about real life experiences.
To be honest it was a pretty easy interview. Just be yourself and know what your weaknesses are.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Children's Learning Adventure (The Woodlands, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process is very standard for anyone who has worked in childcare before. You need to go in with a postive and can-do attitude as well as knowledge of childcare and different activities that are appropriate for the age group. They prefer teachers that plan on staying for a while, so make sure you make it clear you are looking to grow with their company and just be bubbly and personable. Nervous looks good on no one. Be confident you will get the position and you will.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Children's Learning Adventure (Peoria, AZ) in Aug 2016
Interview
I walked in after getting a flyer in the mail to encourage new student enrollment. They gave me an application right then and there and I filled it out. I came back to interview the next day. They took time to answer all my questions and were enthusiastic and excited about the prospect of working with me and my experience and I was hired the following day!
