Applied on-line. 4 months went by with no follow up. The fact that I listed current employees as references and did not receive any type of follow up over 4 months does raise some concerns about the culture of CHLA. Also the job application took over an hour to fill out which seems a bit excessive considering that I had no idea how much the job paid or whether I was really a fit for the organization at all.
