in person process, met with director of restaurant, probably around 15 minutes if not shorter, got the job on the spot and started the next week working at the restaurant

Very friendly very productive. The interview was personable and made me feel welcomed. The interviewer allowed for great communication through out the interview process. Interviewer engaged and made whole experience very welcoming.
