i had 2 in-person interviews. i applied through email and attended an open interview where i met with a general manager and was asked basic questions: my work history, the hours i wanted, what i want to do in 5 years, what position i wanted. after i left i got a call asking me to come in for a second interview, which i had with the owner. he asked me what kind of schedule i wanted, that i’d get more of a consistent schedule after training, and what i wanted to do in 5 years.
