The interview process at Chicago Collegiate lasted about a month and included multiple steps: two Google Meets, a lengthy activity with revisions, and a four-hour in-person interview. Although communication was consistent during the process, I was ultimately left disappointed. After investing significant time and effort, I never received a follow-up or notice that they had chosen another candidate. The lack of closure felt discouraging and unprofessional.
