First round with HR: HR cancelled on me twice once morning of and the other a minute before our call. Once we finally connected it was a friendly and easy call. I made it clear I am not in Boston and the recruiter said they were open to remote. Next was a zoom call where I met with a Paid Social Manager who was informative and friendly however she made it clear they were looking for a person located in Boston and were not really remote friendly. I was looking forward to moving forward and took a lot of time to prep for this meeting which ended in disappointment due to the disconnect internally of remote v hybrid.
