Over the phone with an initial recruiter. The recruiter mentioned that if I would pass through him then I would be notified for another interview with the local manager. Yet, he was uninterested and it ran about 5 minutes in total time. Very difficult to speak with and very in-personal.

Describe my previous experience and if I had any questions for him.
Phone screen that went well. Multiple rescheduling and cancellation of interview due to scheduling conflict then ghosted after 2nd interview. Interviewer asked a series of good questions but I was thrown off when a question came about working in a male dominated field.

Interviewed with recruiter, then department head, then was set with 3 interviews with team members and hr. Standard interview questions, but a lot of repetition for the interviewee because you start over explaining yourself at each interview. The problem was that after all of that time I was told when to expect a response, heard nothing, I followed up, was told a different date for a decision and then radio silence, even after I followed up again.

Interview
Sent in resume. This was followed by three interviews with the Recruiter, hiring manager and peer. After spending at least three hours the recruiter ghosted me. So unprofessional. Also got the vibe that this wasn’t a happy place.
