I was scheduled for a specific time for someone to conduct a phone interview. No one from Chewy called during the scheduled time. After reading the reviews it's no surprise. If you are considering this company, do yourself a favor and read the reviews. Chewy, you dropped the ball on this one, I can only imagine what it would be like working there.

Applied online, 4 days later received invitation to interview face-to-face which consisted of touring facility, a timed assessment test (mostly customer service scenarios and a few grammar) and a typing skills test. Heard back by end of the same day.
