I applied online in their career website. I got a call about two weeks later that I was up for interview. There were three interviews in total -- first was from HR and they do over-the-phone interview. Basically just asked about your experience at work so they can derive their personality. Next is a technical interview which happened the following day. The questions are easy if you actually did the work. It could be challenging for some but since I was very hands on with what I did, I felt like I was just describing the exact details of what I do. After that is the managerial panel interview which happened one week later. Pretty similar to the HR interview question but more on the manager assessing if you fit the team. Total time from first interview to job offer was about 15 days.
