I was ask if what the company can benefit and that I can also contribute to the success of as a whole team member and also will I stay loyal to the employer even if there are time that work must be done talking about hours of work added to the regular 12 hours including overtime which would sometime said that it will reach 18 to 20 hours of work and also working with people who's culture working together as a team would not affect my performance as Africans are different in ways that my culture being compared but I said we Filipinos can adjust and be flexible towards different nationalities as what I have experienced while working abroad its really very challenging and worth to experience such new page in my life as an overseas contract worker.
