The interview process begins with a phone interview from Human Resources. After you are selected to move on from the phone interview, you will go to a jobsite where you learn what you are doing.
Involved a phone interview before going into a second in person interview that involved getting a tour of one of the job sites explaining what the interns could be potentially doing
