Cherish interview questions

Telephone interview - was then invited to induction which was in depth and brilliant and was given a mentor who helped me to progress onto getting my own rota. They also do a full DBS check (this doesn't cost you anything) and a background check. You can't start work until these checks are done.

It is a phone interview, including some scenario questions, run very well. And it includes everything you need to do about the job. Great experience. Short but precise. I quickly get a offer after the phone interview.
