Interview
I was asked about my knowledge of photography, equipment and systems I use, my likes/dislikes and interests. I was interviewed by the Creative Director and then the Managing Editor. I was explained and shown exactly what the company publishes and asked if I thought the work was interesting.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cherbo Publishing Group (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I was referred through a friend who worked there. The management was very big on referrals. I had one interview in the office with the vice president and one over lunch with the two owners. It's a very small company.
