Interview
Firm seems to have a "family" mentality. Interviewers, who seemed like honest and genuine people, were very polite and forthcoming. The subsequent offer was low, though billable didn't appear to be a problem. Regarding the pay, there was very little wiggle room and the firm seemed to feel as though you were lucky to be there.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a zoom call and an in-person interview at the office where I also received a tour. Then from there, you find out whether or not you have received an offer within a week or so.

They spent a lot of time asking personable questions in the second interview. I could tell they prioritize making sure an intern is a good personality-fit for the job. The first interview asked a lot of questions from my resume, and was more focused on examining my skillset.
