I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cheniere Energy (Houston, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The recruiting process comes across as highly disorganized and unprofessional. Candidates are ghosted without meaningful follow-up, and the lack of clear communication creates the impression of a chaotic and poorly managed hiring system. It is especially concerning that interns seem to be handling recruitment for full-time roles, which feels unusual and raises questions about the seriousness and structure of the process. Overall, the follow-through feels informal, inconsistent, and dismissive of candidates’ time.

Question 1
Describe a time you managed multiple contracts or sourcing events at once. How did you prioritize?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cheniere Energy (Houston, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
I applied in February and completed three interviews in March (HR, technical, and behavioral), progressing to the final round. It is now almost May, and I have yet to receive an update. The hiring process felt disorganized, with limited communication from HR, particularly a lack of follow-through in closing the loop with candidates.
They contacted me for the initial interview, but we spent a while to set the interview time. And they are asking typical questions like why this positions, why Cheniere etc.
