I did research on this company and was very excited to be reached out for a late invite for an interview after I was told me application was overlooked ( a month after I applied) I went to the hiring event. The interview process took 2 and half hours spoke to a travel nurse HR two doctors and two directors from the centers that needed a medical assistant. I had also took a knowledge test and a skill test. Which i both passed. After this I was told from HR that the talent recruiter will reach out to me for next steps. I spoke to this said recruiter two weeks after I was told this. He thought his partner reached out to me. I advised no one did. He was going to call me back later that day. Days passed, still no email or callback. I call, spoke to corp and nothing. I was told to email the recruiter email and the said person email. Still nothing. Another week goes by I speak to a front desk worker. Very kind people. They messaged this said recruiter. He told them he sent me emails and voicemail. I explained I never received anything. I even sent an email from my direct email to limit any miscommunication. Still nothing. I love the reasoning behind what this company brings and very eager to join my, but since I have not heard from anyone still and its been a month. Speaking to askHR (who couldn't do nothing they said) no numbers or transfers to HR itsself spoke to supervisor of the location i was interested in working as they needed first shirt MA. My interest to join this company and contribute has diminished. Never been ghosted by company before after being told next steps will be provided to me shortly after interview. Chenmed staff has sent this said recruiter my number and email and nothing. I've been offered another position some where else. Its a good company, but I wanted to be with chenmed. I will take this as minds were changed. As I thought I would get an email about that but didnt. I initially applied in indeed and was told a month later it was accidentally overlooked. I put in a app on the actual chenmed site just in case after the interview as some companies need that to get things moving forward. That was not looked at either.

Straight forward, people very nice and overall a nice and comfortable experience. Got the job and was nice working there too. I don’t know what else to write about it. They asked the normal questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, my experience, etc.

Interview with staff to see if good fit for the company. Interview with center director first then other staff joins the interview. They give a call back if the fit is good. However you may not train at your location.
