I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chelsea Investment (San Diego, CA)
Interview
cumbersome and extremely long process. place with a high turnover. bait and switch on role and compensation. Company HR works with a recruiter but there is no transparency or no good communication. They waste a lot of time and make you take personality tests and get into philosophy. Overall known for wasting time and always looking for candidates s there is a high turnover.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chelsea Investment
Interview
The most painful hiring process. Got a call from recruiter and then sent me to their HR generalist. Played a lot of games. Called me to interview for one wasted my time and were trying to convince me to come at a lower positions. They kept me on the side lines forever. This is unacceptable. I am glad I did not accept the position as the receipt reviews are bad. I did get a sense of bad company culture. I noticed a lot of people have left this company. The trends speak to itself.

Personality type survey and then waste time discussing that with their generalist HR person.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chelsea Investment (Carlsbad, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was a typical straightforward in person interview, with two people in upper management. They reviewed the screening information from the recruiting agency prior, so during the interview they focused/asked more questions about my long term plans and how that would add/impact staying with the company for long term.

I came into contact for this interview through a recruiting agency, so the agency did a lot of tough screening prior to my in-person interview at Chelsea.
