Interview
Went through multiple rounds of interviews, including a tricky final round presentation, only to be ghosted for the next week (despite stressing that I had another offer on the table from another company and needed an answer asap). Finally received a ‘no’ response after chasing multiple times due to an ‘internal business decision’ and no feedback. Luckily had already accepted the other role by that point. Waste of time and effort, with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. AVOID

I was sent a pre-employment assessment before the screening call. After I completed the assessment which took around 30 mins, I was asked to schedule a call with the recruiter. After that, I was ghosted even though the call went well and seemed positive.
