Started with a phone call with a member of the HR team (30 mins; introductions and some questions about current role, motivations for moving and joining Checkout.com), next stage was a 30 minute chat with the hiring manager, then another quick chat with the hiring manager + chats with two other senior team members. Final step was based upon completing a task (data analysis + presentation prep) which was then presented to three members of the team, including the hiring manager. As the scope of the role I applied for changed slightly during the process, I was also asked to complete a very short written task (blog post) prior to the final decision.
