Interview
1st Phone screen with People team/HR; 2nd 1:1 interviews with 3 Finance leads one after the other; 3rd Final chat with Strategic Finance lead. Offer was made almost immediately after the final chat. The team working on recruitment are second to none in my experience and were great at giving me timely updates along the way.

Question 1
The interviews were more about trying to understand what I was after in a role and my motivations rather than the traditional STAR interview questions. STAR questions after a certain level of experience are not useful as your CV should really tell what you can do in my opinion! A lot of information was shared about what sort of things were needed to be achieved in the role.
