The hiring and interview processes has been smooth and efficient and it lasted around 3 weeks.
It was composed by 4 steps.
1 Step: 15 minutes phone call with the HR
2 Step: 45 minutes Excel Test where I had to prove my competencies (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Index and match).
3 Step: Around 1 hour interview with the Team leader.
4 Step : 45 minutes interview with the Hiring Manager.
