Intiial phone conversation with a recruiter outside of Checkmate followed by panel with someone from HR and their technical TA team. The questions were pretty standard over 30 minutes - typically assessing your skills with examples and a closing question from HR about your personality trait that would be best suited to the company. They said they wanted to move quickly and then ghosted me about the position until I reached out to the third party recruiter. I never received any feedback or update which was really disappointing and unprofessional. In the job description they mentioned that the role requires you "have your own work setup" which actually means you need to bring your own laptop to the job which was a bit of a red flag for me from a security perspective. This was a pretty frustrating experience to be ghosted after discussing next steps.
