For me this was a really good experience. It was a 3 stage process starting with an informal chat with the hiring manager followed by a formal interview that was conducted by him and one of his peers. I then went through a 3rd session because the CPO was keen to get to know me (and couldn't join Nr. 2). The interviews were challenging and very interesting, but that's what I would expect and confirms to me that checkit selects carefully. At the same time the process was very slick. Things moved fast and happened exactly as discussed/agreed in advance. Very good overall.
